Contratar a la firma Enaxis Software S.R.L., al amparo de la causal de excepción prevista en el numeral 3) del literal D) del artículo 33 del Texto Ordenado de Contabilidad y Administración Financiera (Tocaf), el servicio de mantenimiento, de la versión Medium Bussines de Enaxis a un precio anual de U$S 10.476 (dólares estadounidenses diez mil cuatrocientos setenta y cuatro) más I.V.A. y hasta 100 horas anuales de desarrollo y/o consultoría a un precio anual de U$S 8.500 (dólares estadounidenses ocho mil quinientos) más I.V.A.
