We cross-reference the data-load errors — prices or quantities the AI flagged as a data-entry mistake, not corruption — against the providers and agencies behind them, to see whether the same provider or the same agency repeats the same error over and over. It's to report and fix at the source.

A flag is a 'data-load error' when the extreme unit price is not a real overprice but a mistake when loading the data: a quantity of 10,000 where it should be 1, the line total loaded as the unit price, or a figure in the wrong currency. A second AI review (Gemini) classifies them. Here we group them by provider and by agency to see which ones repeat. Recomputed every 24 hours.
The 'mis-loaded amount' is an estimate of how much the bad record inflated the reported figure: (loaded price − top of the usual range) × quantity, brought to today's pesos. It is not money the provider billed — it is a distortion in the data — which is why it shows in celeste, not gold.

A data-load error is not an accusation: it is bad data to fix at the source. The amounts are estimates over official open data.
