What the Court of Accounts said
The State’s own auditor rules on specific purchases, and its archive is public — but it lives outside open procurement data. Here each ruling appears next to the purchase it names.
What this says and what it does not
The Court’s online archive publishes only the VISTO: the case heading and which call was being examined. Whether the spending was formally observed, for how much and on what grounds, is in the ruling PDF alone — linked on every row. That is why this page says the Court ruled on that purchase, and never that it observed it: that would be inventing the verdict.

How they are tied
- The ruling identifies the purchase by body and call number (“Licitación Pública Nº 5/2021”), which is exactly how public procurement stores the call title. That is the join.
- When that number matches more than one purchase, it is tied to none and says so. Hanging one purchase’s ruling on another contract would be worse than showing nothing.
- The text shown is the VISTO exactly as the Court publishes it, neither summarised nor interpreted.
