Data-load errors
Guide
How to report a data error
Public-procurement data is entered by each buying agency and published by ACCE on Compras Estatales. When you spot a load error — a quantity or price that is clearly wrong — the fix is made at the source. This guide explains who to notify and how.
Who enters and corrects the data
Each state agency enters its purchases into the SICE system. The Agency for Public Procurement (ACCE) runs the comprasestatales.gub.uy platform and publishes the open data this site uses. An error in a contract is corrected by the agency that entered it; ACCE is the platform's channel.
Guide
Steps to report
- 1Open the contract on Compras Estatales from the flag's «Report» button and confirm the value (quantity, unit price, currency).
- 2Identify the buying agency: it entered the data and is the one that can correct it.
- 3Write to the agency (its front desk or procurement area) describing the error, with the contract number and the official link.
- 4If there is no reply or you can't find the contact, write to ACCE's help desk with the same detail.
- 5Use the pre-filled text from the «Report» button: it already includes the contract, the agency and a description of the error, ready to paste.
What to include
Contract number or link, the affected line, the value entered and the value that should apply, and a screenshot if you can. The more concrete, the faster it gets fixed.
