Officials declared delinquent
JUTEP’s published roster of public officials formally declared delinquent in their duty to file the sworn declaration of assets and income.
Law 17.060 makes the CONTENT of a sworn declaration confidential (art. 18) but requires the omission itself to be published in the Diario Oficial (art. 13), and JUTEP publishes this roster as open data. Nothing here is declaration content, assets or income: only the fact, public by law, of not having filed. The national ID is masked.
