Producción de video con siguientes carácterísticas: 5 min de duración, sin grabación de exteriores ni testimoniales, relato con voz en off, será necesario utilizar fotos, gráficas, infogragía, íconos, logos, dibujos; musicalización (para presentar en lenguaje audiovisual folleto que describe áreas estratégicas en las que Uruguay realiza cooperación Sur-Sur). Se valorará experiencia en videos institucionales, conformación del equipo de trabajo: productor, guionista, diseñador gráfico y editor y también la presentación de registros audiovisuales similares al objeto de este llamado
